No Cancellation Policy:  Most of you cancel for really good reasons—you're not feeling well, you don't feel emotionally or physically prepared for your treatment, the weather is dangerous, or there's a genuine emergency.

Please don't ever feel bad if you need to cancel last minute. Many of you are coming to me precisely because you're not feeling your best, and the last thing I want is for you to feel stressed about a cancellation. Life happens, and I understand that. I may even need to do the same myself from time to time.

Our well-being—physical and emotional—is always the priority.
